Sweet And Sour Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

4: Egg yolks,
Juice of 1/2 lemon,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 bunch: Spinach, lg, stems discard
1 tsp: Salt,
-torn into pieces,
1/4 tsp: White pepper,
12: White mushrooms, thin sliced
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
3/4 cup: Bacon, cooked, crumbled,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
-about 1/2 lb,
3 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
Directions:
DAmicos, Medina, OH Beat yolks in sm bowl until light and lemon
colored. Add mustard, salt and pepper and blend well. Whisking
constantly, add oil drop by drop, then in slow steady stream, until
thickened. Stir in sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice, and mi well.
Place spinach in lg salad bowl. Add mushrooms and bacon and dressing.
