Wine Marinade For Steaks Recipe

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:
1 cup: Oil, salad
4 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 cup: Sherry, cooking, or red wine
3 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
ds Pepper, freshly ground

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Marinate steak 4 hours or overnight.
