Chicken Casserole Ala Mom Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
1 can: Cream Of Mushroom Soup,
3 each: Beaten Eggs,
2 1/2 cup: Pasta Of Choice, Cooked
2 cup: Cooked & Cubed Chicken,
1 cup: Seasoned Bread Crumbs,
1 cup: Shreaded Sharp Cheddar,
Cheese,
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan Cheese,
1/2 package: 16.oz Mixed Vegetables,
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend the milk with the soup in a large mixing bowl and stil in the
beated eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, except the Parmesan
cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into a deep 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 35-40
minutes or until a knife inserted into the top comes out clean.
Serve with garlic bread and white wine.
Cooks Notes: Instead of chicken, you can use pork, ham or just plain
hamburger.
