Garden Herb Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Diced plum tomato,
1/2 cup: Red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup: Yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup: Shallots, minced
1/4 cup: Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp: Jalapeno peppers, minced
1 tbsp: Fresh tarragon, chopped
1/8 tbsp: Balsamic vinegar, or
Sherry vinegar,
2 Cloves: garlic, crushed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at
least 30 minutes.
