Key-board Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Fresh lime juice, (key lime
When in season),
1 cup: 14oz. sweetened condensed,
Milk,
4: Eggs, separated
1: 9-inch graham cracker pie,
Crust,
6 tbsp: Sugar,

Directions:
Boot oven to 350F. In food processor or mixer, mix lime juice and
condensed milk until smooth. Add 4 egg yolks and blend again. Beat
one egg white until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into unbaked
pie crust. To make meringue, beat remaining egg whites until stiff
gradually adding sugar. Spread over pie filling sealing edges. Bake
for 20-25 minutes, until top is golden. Cool on wire rack and chill
