*saucy Cube Steaks On Hero Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Cube steaks,
2 tbsp: Flour,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 tbsp: Oil,
2 tsp: Dry mustard,
2 tsp: Worchestershire sauce,
6 tbsp: Chili sauce,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
4 each: Hamburger buns, toasted

Directions:

Dust steaks with mixture of flour and pepper. Brown quickly in hot
oil. Remove from pan. To drippings add dry mustard, Worch. sauce,
chili sauce, and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, remove from heat
immediately. Put steak on bun, spoon over sauce.
