Sukiyaki For Seven Recipe

2: Green peppers,
1: Kohirabi,
1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
1/2 cup: Dry white wine or dry,
Sherry,
1 cup: Beef stock,
Salt to taste,
1 tsp: Cornstarch,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
2 large: Eggs,
1 cup: Blanched almonds, halved
1 cup: Sliced mushrooms, fresh

1 cup: Water chestnuts,
1 bunch: Green onions,
1 cup: Peanut oil,
3 Pieces: pork fat, or sub
