Karens Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,
5 tbsp: Butter,
4 cup: Confectioners sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
10 tbsp: Milk,
Heat the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over very low heat,
Directions:
stirring till melted. Cool completely: combine the vanilla,
confectioners sugar, and salt in a clean mixing bowl. Gradually
beat in the milk till the frosting is spreadable. Fill and frost
