Alaskan Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:
FROM: BILL SEGUI
ALASKAN NUGGETS,
x X pepper to taste,
1 1/2 cup: Fresh or canned salmon,
1 tsp: Worchestershire sauce,
1/2 cup: Cooked, mashed potatoes
1/2 lbs: Sharp cheddar in 1/2 inch,
1 tbsp: Minced onion,
-cubes,
1 tbsp: Minced celery,
1 each: Egg, beaten
1 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1 cup: Sifted, (very fine) bread
1/2 tsp: Salt,
-crumbs,
Directions:
Remove all bones and skin from salmon and mix well with mashed
potatoes. Cook celery and onion in butter, until tender, then mix
with salmon. Add the seasonings and shape the mixture into little
balls the size of a walnut. Push a cube of cheese into the center of
each ball. and reshape the balls. Then roll in the sifted bread
crumbs and fry in enough fat to cover at 375 degrees. Try passing
