"smothered" Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Chuck or round,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Steak, cut in strips
3 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 4 oz can: mushrooms,
1 large: Onion, sliced
Drained,
10 ounce: Package frozen,
1/3 cup: Flour,
Green beans, French-style
2 tbsp: Molasses,

1: To 2 green peppers, sliced
1 tsp: Salt,
16 ounce: Can tomatoes,

Directions:
Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in CROCK-POT. Stir well to
coat steak. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Low 8
hours. (High: 4 hours). Serve with rice. From Rival Crock-pot cook
