Wild Rice Delight Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Wild rice,
1 can: Golden mushroom soup,
1 can: Cream of mushroom soup,
4: Partridge or chicken,
Breasts,
1 can: Mushrooms,
1 can: Water chestnuts,
2 large: Shallots,
Directions:
Cook wild rice. Mix in mushroom soups and mushrooms. Slice water
chestnuts and chop shallots; mix. Put rice mixture in glass pan.
Split breasts, roll in flour, then brown in butter. Lay breasts on
top of rice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered. Season to
taste.
