Ham Wlth Peach Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Fully cooked boneless ham,
1/4 cup: Onion, minced
1 can: Sliced peaches,
1 each: Apple,
16 ounce: In natural juices, drained
Peeled and coarsely chopped,
And coar,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Pickling spice,
1/2 cup: Packed brown sugar,

Directions:
Place ham in a shallow pan. Roast at 325 deg. for 1-1/2 hours or
until meat thermometer reaches 140 deg. Meanwhile, combine all
remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer 25-30 minutes or until thickened. Cool. Serve with sliced
ham. Yield: 16 servings. Nutritional Information: One 3-ounce serving
equals 196 calories, 1,628 mg sodium, 53 mg cholesterol, 74 gm
carbohydrate, 22 gm protein, 6 gm fat
