Ingredients:
2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 3/4 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tbsp: Oil,
1 tbsp: Bread flour,
3/4 cup: Coconut flakes,
3/4 cup: Cracked wheat,
3/4 cup: Pineapple chunks in juice --,
3 tbsp: Cornmeal,
-reserve juice,
3 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/3 cup: Pineapple juice,
3 tbsp: Powdered milk,
1/2 cup: Water,
3/4 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/3 cup: Macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions:
Add all ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your
manual. Bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add nuts.
