Steak Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Ketchup,
1/2 cup: Worcestershire sauce,
2 Cloves: garlic cloves --,
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
Minced,
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
2/3 cup: Chopped onion,
1/4 cup: Packed brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
2 tbsp: Mustard, prepared
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a 3 qt. saucepan; bring to a boil
over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 min.
Strain if desired. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: about 3 cups.
