Sweet Dilled Mustard Sauce - House Beautiful Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Dijon-style mustard,
-white pepper to taste,
2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 tbsp: Granulated sugar,
2 tbsp: Chopped fresh dill,
Salt and coarsely ground,
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly until the mixture is
thick and creamy. Just before serving, stir in the chopped dill.
Makes 3/4 C.
