Basll Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
2 tsp: Garlic salt,
1/4 cup: Red wine, or beef broth
8 each: Hamburger buns,
1/4 cup: Ltalian bread crumbs,
Monterey Jack cheese slices,
1/4 cup: Red onion, minced
Optional,
1/2 cup: Basil leaves, minced

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients; mix well. Shape into
eight patties. Grill over medium-hot coals until burgers reach
desired doneness. Serve on hamburger buns; top with cheese slices if
desired. Yield: 8 servings
