Weight Watchers Barbecue "fries" Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Plus 14oz pared Idaho,
1 1/2 tsp: Tomato paste,
-potatoes, cut into 1/2
1 1/2 tsp: Cider vinegar,
-inch strips,
1 1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1/2 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with nonstick
cooking spray.

In medium bowl, combine potatoes, oil, tomato paste, vinegar, chili
powder and salt; toss well to thoroughly coat. With slotted spoon,
arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake
until cooked through, 15-20 mins.

Each 1/2c serving provides 136 calories, 3g fat (0 sat)
