Brushetta For 6 Recipe

Ingredients:
12 slice: Bread, italian
6 tsp: Olive paste,
Olive oil,
2 cup: Vegetable strips,
6 each: Garlic cloves, split
1/2 cup: Cheese, parmesan
Directions:
Brush both sides of each thick slice of bread with oil, broil both
sides to toast. rub slices with halved garlic. sprad one side with
1/2 tsp each olive paste Top with roasted vegetable strips ( see
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna for instructions), top with cheese and serve
