Grilled Sour Cream Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Commercial sour cream/French,
1 lbs: Ground beef,
-onion dip,
4 each: Hamburger buns, buttered and
3 tbsp: Fine dry breadcrumbs,
-toasted,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Commercial sour cream/French,
1 dash: Pepper,
-onion dip, optional
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef;
stir until blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick. Grill
over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with
additional sour cream dip, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
