1 cup: Water, plus 1 tbsp
2 2/3 cup: Bread flour,
1/4 cup: Honey,
1/3 cup: Whole-wheat flour,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
3 tbsp: Toasted wheat germ,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, toasted and
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
Chopped,
1 tbsp: Unsalted butter,

Directions:

Add nuts at beep. Do not use timer.
