Sour Cream Cucumber Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 medium: Cucumber,
1 tsp: Dill, fresh, chopped OR
1 cup: Dairy sour cream,
1/2 tsp: Dried dill,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: [or more] grated onion,
1 tsp: Sugar [optl],
1 dash: Hot pepper sauce,
1/2 tsp: Salt [optl],
Directions:
Halve the cucumber lengthwise, removing the seeds and then cut the
cucumber in pieces. Add to a blender containing all of the rest
of the ingredients and blend in short bursts until the cucumber is
finely chopped. (When necessary, stop the blender and use a rubber
spatula to scrape down the sides.) Refrigerate at least one hour
to chill and allow flavors to blend before using.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
