Mini Ruebens^ Recipe

Ingredients:
30 slice: Party rye bread,
1 can: , (8oz) sauerkraut, rinsed,
1/4 cup: Creamy Dijon style mustard,
Drained and snipped,
Blend,
1/2 tsp: Caraway seed,
4 ounce: Thinly sliced cooked corn,
1 cup: Finely shredded Swiss,
Beef,
Cheese,

Directions:
Lightly toast bread slices under broiler on a cookie sheet, about 1
minute each side.

Spread lightly with mustard, top with a slice of meat, combined
sauerkraut and caraway seed and cheese. Broil 4-5" from heat 1-2
minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
