Mushroom Crab Puffs^ Recipe

Ingredients:
36 large: Stuffing mushrooms,
5 ounce: Jar sharp cheese spread,
1 cup: Oil,
1/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 can: , (6oz) crab, drained and
1/2 cup: White wine vinegar or white,
Cleaned,
Vinegar,
3 tbsp: Thinly sliced green onion,
Directions:
Marinate mushoom caps only in a ziploc bag with combined oil,
vinegar, and pepper 4-24 hours.
Blend cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in crab and onion.
Drain mushrooms, discarding mayonnnaise. Dry caps; fill with crab
mixture. Broil 4" from heat 5-8 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve
warm.
