Sw Green Chile Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Butter,
1/2 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Flour,
4: Eggs,
1 cup: Yellow cornmeal,
1/2 cup: Green chilies, diced
2 tbsp: Baking powder,
1 1/2 cup: Corn, cream style
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
In a mixer, cream butter and sugar; reduce speed to slow and add
eggs, one at a time. Add chilies, corn, both cheeses, flour,
cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 F in a well buttered 9" square pan.
