Sweet & Sour Sauce^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: To 3 soy sauce or tamari,
2 tbsp: Arrowroot powder or,
2 tbsp: Brown rice syrup,
Cornstarch,
1 tbsp: Brown rice vinegar,
1 cup: Water,
pn Cayenne,
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook until a thick sauce forms,
about 1 minute. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
