Kailan In Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
14 ounce: Kailan, (washed & cleaned)-
cn Substitute kale,
2 tbsp: Cooking oil,
1 tbsp: Garlic,
6 tbsp: Oyster sauce,

Directions:
Blanch the Kailan vegetable and keep warm. Heat up wok and add
cooking oil. Fry the garlic until light brown and stir in oyster
sauce. Pour the sauce on top of the vegetable. For decoration,
sprinkle with fried onions.

Yield: 4 servings
