Pan Con Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Loaf: crusty baguette, cut
Into 12 slices,
6: Ripe plum tomatoes, sliced
In half,
1/4 cup: Extra virgin olive oil,
Salt and pepper,

Directions:
Preheat grill.

Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and
squeeze juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread.
Drizzle each slice with oil, season with salt and pepper and serve
warm.

Yield: 4 as tapas
