Cousin Ledas Banana Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Bananas,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1 cup: Minced onion,
1 tsp: Ground ginger,
1 cup: Raisins,
1 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 cup: Minced tart apples,
1/4 cup: Cayenne Pepper,
1 cup: Apple cider vinegar,
1/3 cup: Lemon juice,
2 cup: Sugar,
3 Cloves: garlic, minced

Directions:

Peel and mash bananas. In a large casserole dish combine all of
the ingredients. Bake in a 350~ oven for about 2 hours, stirring
occasionally.
When thickened, ladle into sterilized jars and seal.

Makes about 2 pints.
