Tequila Lime Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Limes, peeled and cut into
Sections,
2 ounce: Tequila, preferably Cuervo
Gold,
1 small: White onion, diced
2 tbsp: Hot pepper jelly,
2 tbsp: White wine,
1 tbsp: Sherry or Champagne vinegar,
1 tbsp: Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp: Toasted cumin seeds,

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 1 hour. For garnish, use
carrot peels and chives.
