Ingredients:
6 cup: Reg. oats, uncooked
1 cup: Wheat germ,
1 1/2 cup: Coconut,
1/4 cup: Water,
3/4 cup: Honey,
1 tbsp: Vanilla flavor,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
1 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Chopped pecans,
Directions:
Combine oats, pecans, coconut and wheat germ. Combine honey and
water in small saucepan; heat, stirring frequently until mixture
thins and is thoroughly heated. Stir in oil and vanilla; pour over
oat mixture and mix well. Stir in spices and salt. Pour into 2
greased 13 x 9 x 2 -inch baking pans. Bake at 250 F. for 1 hr.,
stirring abt. every 15 min. Store in airtight container.
