Barbecue Marinade Recipe
Yield: 1 cup (aprx)Recipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/3 cup: Catsup,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar, brown, packed
1 tbsp: Horseradish, prepared
1 tbsp: Oil, vegetable
1 tbsp: Water,
1/3 cup: Vinegar, cider
1/4 tsp: Black pepper, coarse grind
Directions:
Cook onion and brown sugar in oil in small saucepan over medium heat
until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
and continue cooking over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Remove from heat; cool thoroughly before adding to
beef. Makes about 3/4 cup.
