Cauliflower With Garlic And Sesame Seeds Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Cauliflower,
2 T: Sesame seeds,
- broken into florets,
- seasoning to taste,
2 T: Vegetable oil,
- boiling salted water to,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
- cover florets,
Directions:
Place cauliflower in rapidly boiling salted water. Boil 2 - 4
minutes. Drain well.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. When hot, add garlic and
saute until lightly browned. Add sesame seeds and stir for one
minute.
Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat with seeds and garlic.
Add seasoning to taste.
