Chocolate Chunk Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients:
2 ounce: Semisweet chocolate,
2 cup: Skim milk,
2 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,
1 cup: Sugar,
2 cup: Yogurt cheese,
1/3 cup: Unsweetened cocoa,

Directions:
Coarsley chop the semi sweet chocolate; put it into a container and
place in the freezer. Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a heavy
saucepan over very low heat. transfer to a mixing bowl and cool to
room temperature. Add the yogurt cheese, skim milk, sugar, and cocoa.
Whisk until thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream
machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions. When the
mixture is frozen but still soft, add the frozen chocolate chunks.

Per serving: 252 calories, 44g carb., 10g protein, 4mg chol., 6g/21%
fat.
