Crab Cakes With Spicy Olive Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Fresh crabmeat, lumps broken
-crumbs,
-up,
2: Eggs,
2 T: Worcestershire sauce,
1 T: Butter or margarine,
6 T: Minced fresh parsley,
1 T: Vegetable oil,
1/2 cup: Packaged fine dry bread,
SPICY OLIVE SAUCE
1 can: Unsalted tomato sauce,
-ripe olives,
1/2 cup: Slivered pitted California,
2 t: Louisiana hot sauce to taste,
Directions:
Mix crab with Worcestershire sauce, parsley, bread crumbs and eggs.
Shape into 8 small cakes. Prepare sauce. Saute cakes in butter and
oil over medium-low heat until golden, turning once, about 2 minutes
on each side. Serve with sauce.
Spicy Olive Sauce: Combine tomato sauce, olives and hot sauce in
saucepan. Heat.
Cooking time: 4 minutes.
Total preparation time: 20 minutes.
