Flower Pot Walnut Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 each: Packet Birds Wholemeal,
320 milliliter: Warm water,
-Bread Mix,
1 1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped coarsely
16 gram: Sachet yeast, included
1 each: Egg, beaten

Directions:
Empty bread mix into bowl, stir in contents of yeast sachet and mix
well. Add warm (37C) water and 1 cup of the walnuts. Mix to take a
consistent dough. Knead dough well on a bench for 7 to 10 minutes,
or mix in a machine with a dough hook. Return dough to bowl, cover
with greased plastic food wrap and place in a warm position for 10
minutes. Divide mixture into three and place into well-greased
terracotta pots. Cover with greased plastic food wrap and leave to
prove in a warm place for 45 minutes, or until dough rises to tops of
pots. Remove plastic wrap and gently brush dough with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of walnuts. Bake bread on centre
shelf of a pre-heated 200oC oven for 25 mins. Serve with an
