Gold And Lavender Cups Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Nasturtium flowers, minced
1/8 tsp: Crushed lavender blossoms,
1 tbsp: Chive blossoms,
, (scant ts)
, pulled from stems
18: Dozen nasturtium blossoms,
1 tsp: Poppy seeds,
, rinsed and debugged
3/4 cup: Low-fat cottage cheese,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except nasturtium blossoms. Carefully stuff
blossoms with cheese mixture.

Arrange on a platter covered with nasturtium leaves; garnish with
whole chive blossoms.
