Green And Red Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large: Green tomatoes*,
3 tbsp: Fresh basil,
3 large: Red-ripe tomatoes,
, coarsely chopped
1 medium: Red onion,
DRESSING
1 large: Garlic clove, finely chopped
3 tbsp: Wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1/8 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,
1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Directions:
*Pick the green tomatoes just before they begin to ripen red.
Cube green and red tomatoes. Cut onion into thin slices and separate
into rings. Combine tomatoes and onions in a salad bowl with the
chopped basil.
Combine the dressing ingredients, mixing well. Add dressing to salad
and toss. Let set about 30 minutes to blend flavors. Delicious with
BBQ!
