Green Country Brisket Recipe

Ingredients:
5 lbs: Trimmed brisket,
Salt & Pepper,
1/4 cup: Liquid smoke,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/3 cup: Vinegar,
1 tsp: Onion salt,
1/4 cup: Catsup,
2 tsp: Celery seed,
4 dash: Worchestershire sauce,
2 tsp: Worchestershire sauce,
6 dash: Soy sauce,
Directions:
Combine liquid smoke, salts, garlic celery seed and 2 tsp
Worchestershire. Marinate brisket in this overnight. Line broiler
pan with foil. Place meat in this. Seal in foil. Bake 1 hour at
350*, reduce heat to 300* and bake 2 hours.
Combine brown sugar, vinegar, catsup, Worchestershire sauce and soy
sauce. Open foil and drain grease from pan, pour sauce over meat.
Wrap foil loosely and cook another 1 1/2 hours.
