2 1/8 cup: Container coffee ice cream,
4: -6 crushed amaretti,
2 T: Almond or coffee flavored,
-cookies,
-liqueur,
Directions:
Scoop coffee ice cream into 4 individual parfait dishes. Drizzle with
almond or coffee flavored liqueur, then sprinkle with crushed cookies.
