Cheese Swizzles Recipe

Ingredients:
-dorothy cross tmpj72b,
Rectangular loaf of day-,
6 tbsp: Unsalted butter, melted
-cheese, about 2 ozs
1: 1-1/4-lb unsliced,
-old sourdough bread,
1/2 cup: Freshly grated parmesan,
-paprika, for sprinkling
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Trim the crust from the bread.
Slice the loaf crosswise into 1/2-inch strips.
2. On a large baking sheet, toss the bread strips with the melted
butter. Spread the strips in a single layer and bake for 15 to 20
minutes, or until golden brown.
3. Spread the cheese on a large, flat plate. Roll the hot bread
strips in the cheese until lightly coated. Sprinkle lightly with the
paprika. Serve the warm swizzles in a basket lined with a cloth
napkin.
