Mayonnaise Welfare Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 1/2 t: Baking powder,
1 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 cup: Cold water,
1 1/2 t: Baking soda,
4 T: Cocoa,
1 t: Vanilla,
Directions:
Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vanilla together. Blend in the dry
ingredients and turn into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350F for one
hour. This is one that I used when the kids were small and we were on
