Quick Carrots Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 cup: Fresh or frozen sliced,
1 T: Water,
-carrots,
1/4 t: Salt,
1 T: Butter or margarine,
Chopped fresh parsley,
2 T: Sliced green onions,

Directions:
In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 8-10
minutes or until carrots are crisp tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
