Squash And Apple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Squash, butternut, cubed,
3/4 cup: Sugar, brown, firmly packed
-cooked,
6 tbsp: Butter, or marg.
1 1/2 cup: Apples, stewed
Cinnamon, ground
Salt,
Directions:
Place 1 cup squash in a buttered casserole; top with 1/2 cup apples.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and 1/4 cup sugar; dot with 2 tablespoons
butter. Repeat layers twice; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
