Tuna Puffs Recipe

Ingredients:
2: 6 1/2oz cans tuna fish,
2 tbsp: Chopped onion,
-drained and flaked,
2 tbsp: Chopped sweet pickles,
1 cup: Finely chopped celery,
-Salt to taste,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
Directions:
Puff Shells: 1/2 cup boiling water 1/4 cup butter Pinch salt 1/2 cup
flour 2 eggs
Combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, pickles and salt; set aside.
Preheat oven to 450. To make puff shells, combine water, butter, and
salt in saucepan; bring to a boil. Add flour, all at once, stir
vigorously until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Remove
from heat. Add eggs to flour mixture, one at a time; beat thoroughly
after each addition. Continue beating until stiff dough forms. Drop
by level teaspoons onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake 10 more minutes. Remove from oven. Cut
tops off puff shells. Fill each shell with 2 tsp tuna mixture.
Replace tops and serve.
