Fennel Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/4 cup: Chopped onion,
1/4 cup: Chopped celery,
1/2 cup: Chopped fennel stalk,
Egg, beaten
1/4 t: Salt,
1/4 t: Paprika,
Sprig chopped fennel,
Directions:

Combine bread crumbs, chopped vegs and egg. Sprinkle seasonings and
toss. Moisten with a little milk or water if necessary and use
dressing to stuff a fish cavity before baking.
