Yummy Oatmeal Apple Squares ^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Butter Buds liquid or,
1 t: Baking powder,
-Promise Ultra Fatfree,
1 t: Baking soda,
-Margarine,
1/4 t: Nutmeg,
1 cup: Firmly packed brown sugar*,
4 cup: Quick cooking oats,
1/2 cup: Egg Beaters,
2 cup: Peeled and deiced green,
1/3 cup: Apple juice,
-apples,
2 t: Vanilla,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1 1/2 cup: Whole wheat or white flour,
1 cup: Sugar**,
2 t: Cinnamon,

Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray pam on a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1" pan. Combine
liquid Butter buds, brown sugar, and sugar in a large bowl. Beat at
medium speed until well blended. Beat in Egg Beaters, apple juice and
vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and
nutmeg. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Stir in
oats, apples and raisins with a spoon. Spread in pan. Bake at 350F
30-35 minutes or until brown and tothpick inserted in center comes
out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2" bars.
Note: These are really good served warm with a teaspoon of Dream Whip
on top. You can also bake these as muffins at 425F for 15 minutes.
These muffins make a great quick breakfast. Bake a batch and store in
the freezer for later use. You can heat up the frozen muffins on the
microwave for a quick breakfast or snack. *1/2 cup brown sugar and 2
teaspoons Sweet n Low **1/2 cup sugar and 6 packets Sweet n Low Per
sugar serving: 85 cal., 0.5g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 2g pro.,
19g carb., 66mg sod. Per Sweet n Low serving: 70 cal., 15g carb.
