Ingredients:
3 cup: Finely shredded cabbage,
1 T: Lemon juice,
1 cup: Diced apples,
1/2 T: Vinegar,
1 cup: Diced cucumber,
1/2 t: Salt,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
1/4 t: Sugar,
2/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/3 cup: Chopped unsalted peanuts,
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine cabbage, apples, cucumber and raisins. Toss
to mix. In a small bowl blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, salt
and sugar. Pour over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat well. Sprinkle
with peanuts and chill well.
