Carambola Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Carambola, star fruit
1 tbsp: Ginger, peeled
-cubed, 3/4 lb
-finely chopped,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/2 cup: Dry red wine,
2 tbsp: White wine vinegar,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and stir well. Bring to a
boil over medium-high heat and cook for 25 minutes or until slightly
thickened.
