Caraway Brandy (or Vodka) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Bottle: brandy or vodka,
3 ounce: Sugar,
1 ounce: Caraway seeds,
Directions:
Bruise the seeds and put them into the spirit with the sugar. Cap
firmly, shake well and leave in a warm place for a few days to
dissolve the sugar. Infuse for a month, then strain through double
muslin and rebottle.
