Chocolate Ricotta Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp: Unsweetened dutch cocoa,
3 1/2 tsp: Aspartame sweetener,
-- powder,
lg Pinch unsweetened dutch,
3 tbsp: Rum,
-- cocoa powder,
2 2/3 cup: Ricotta cheese, low-fat
lg Pinch aspartame sweetener,
Directions:
Recipe by: Skinny Chocolate - ISBN 0-940625-80-6 Combine cocoa and
rum and stir until smooth. Add mixture to ricotta. Add aspartame and
stir together well.
Spoon pudding into glass bowl. Cover and chill 3 hours or more. Mix a
large pinch each of cocoa and aspartame and sprinkle over pudding.
Divide pudding among 8 dessert bowls.
